I called this guided breathwork meditation I AM ENOUGH because I feel that is what we need to know about ourselves deep down. Many of us try and try over and over to prove our value, our worth, to the world around us. It may be an endless loop of thinking and emotion that can be subtle because the need to prove is engrained in much of how we move through and relate to others and tasks at hand.
When we use this breathwork technique as an aid in letting go, we are able to tap into heart-desires, to our bodies' wisdom, to our genuine self. It can feel cleansing and freeing to release old ideas or stuck emotions. To truly know that you are enough, from deep within, can give you a sense of safety and security that holds you, guides you, is in full support of you.
I created this breathwork meditation for you to use in your own time and in the comfort of your own space. This is a great way to get to do the breathwork technique outside of our 1:1 sessions. And for this one, I have included instructions for how to prepare and what the technique is so that you can do it even if we haven't had a session together. I would still encourage you to sign up for a private session (in-person or remote via Zoom), as I can also share insights and provide more specific guided support.
However, the recorded meditation is powerful and beneficial.
You. Are. Worth it. Breathe love, y’all - Rachel
