Are you curious about Breathwork? Introducing this unique three-stage pranayama (focusing the breath) that allows you to drop into a deep meditative state and connect you to your own energy, cleansing and releasing. 

Rachel uses Breathwork and Compassionate Listening to guide you through an uplifting experience—connecting you to your empowered state where self-compassion is the healer.


Whether your healing is rooted around anxiety, grief, confusion, transition periods, physical and/or emotional pain, unidentified “stuckness” or straight out STRESS, she will facilitate the opportunity you need to allow your Life Force, your Breath, to move through you.

Wear comfy clothes, extra blanket if you get cold, a journal and pen and water. Additional mats, blankets, bolsters and eye masks will be available. Note that sage and essential oils are used during the meditation.
