Rachel uses Breathwork and Compassionate Listening to guide you through a powerful experience —connecting you with your potent self-healing and self-actualization energies via the heart center. Whether your healing is rooted around anxiety, trauma, grief, confusion, transition periods, physical and/or emotional pain, unidentified “stuckness” or straight out STRESS, she will facilitate the opportunity you need to allow your Life Force, your Breath, to move through you.

It is suggested to give yourself additional time after the Breathwork sessions in order to fully ground and embody your experience. 15-20 minutes to go somewhere quiet where you can journal or just sit quietly is encouraged.
